As mentioned there is hiking and speed boating you can also go on bicycle ride around the town of Kotor and Budva.

Out of all the activities speed boating is most enjoyable because you’ll be able to see and experience the seaside in a way like never before.

When you hire a speed boat, it will generally take you on specific route or you can ask the captain to customise the route to your liking.
